ADULTS-ONLY HOTEL (16+)
In line with our romantic concept designed for couples, our Alp Resort is pleased to welcome guests aged 16 and over.
Your reservation will become binding upon written confirmation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of the stay on your credit card as a guarantee 21 days prior to arrival.
A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after midnight, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize €200.00 per room on the credit card as a security deposit.
Payment
We accept cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, etc., as well as debit cards.
Pets
Small pets are allowed upon request, with a supplement of €30.00 per day per pet.

Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellation or reservation modification requests only in written form.
When booking the Flexible Rate, guests may cancel free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival date. From 21 days before arrival, as well as in case of no notice or no-show, the guest will be required to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation amount.
When booking the Non-Refundable Rate, no refunds or modifications are allowed after the reservation has been confirmed.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed price for unused services will be charged.

Additional Services, Experiences, and Love Set
In case of changes or cancellations made the day before the service, a 50% penalty will be applied. For changes or cancellations made on the same day, the penalty will be 100%.
For Love Set and personalized services equal to or exceeding €500.00, no changes or cancellations are allowed. In case of bad weather, an alternative solution will be offered.

Spa Massages & Treatments
In case of changes or cancellations made the day before the service, a 50% penalty will be applied. For changes or cancellations made on the same day, the penalty will be 100%.
