| Arrival and departure On arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m.; please let us know if you will be arriving after 5 p.m.; on the day of your departure, you should vacate the room by 10 a.m. Payment We take cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, etc. and cash cards. Supplement for short stays For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a supplement of 30%. We do not refund any services that are not used. Smokers Since 2005 it is forbidden in Italy to smoke in restaurants and public rooms, especially in hotels, it is forbidden to smoke in any room, not even in bedrooms. Pets We hope you understand that we don’t accept pets. Bookings and cancellations Your booking becomes binding once written confirmation is issued and following payment of a deposit of 150.00 Euro. What happens if you cancel your booked vacation? We only accept cancellations made in writing. We refund deposits for cancellations up to 4 weeks from the beginning of your vacation; we do not return deposits for cancellations less than 4 weeks. In all the other cases of cancellation, anticipated departure or late arrival, we will charge up to 80% of the booking, pursuant to EEC regulations. |
